About this role

AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its NICU unit at 7700 S Broadway, Littleton, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of NICU patients. - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and established standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care through effective communication and teamwork. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. - Minimum 1 year of NICU experience required. - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred. - BLS certification from the American Heart Association preferred. - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills. - Ability to function effectively as a team member within the unit. ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $34.26–$59.24 (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized). - $20,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. - Relocation allowance available to eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. ### About the practice AdventHealth Littleton is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system serving communities across the United States with a mission rooted in whole-person care.
