Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required
- Current, active RN licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain), in compliance with applicable state law and regulation — required
- Current CPR certification — required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred
- Demonstrated ability to supervise delegated nursing staff and support unit-level clinical operations
