<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Graduate of a state-approved or accredited school of nursing — required</li> <li>Current, active RN licensure in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain), in compliance with applicable state law and regulation — required</li> <li>Current CPR certification — required</li> <li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) — preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to supervise delegated nursing staff and support unit-level clinical operations</li> </ul>
