The Hospitals of Providence – Trans Mountain Campus in El Paso, TX is recruiting a full-time Analytics & Planning Manager to anchor regional data and strategy work across the El Paso and Northern California markets. This is a day-shift, office-based leadership role embedded within a five-hospital system that has served the El Paso community since 1902, offering a high-visibility platform to shape growth strategy, service line performance, and financial planning at the regional level. Practice Highlights

  • Supports analytics and planning needs across two distinct regional markets: El Paso, TX and Northern California
  • Analyzes weekly, monthly, and quarterly volume trends and market share across assigned markets
  • Conducts ongoing profitability and performance analysis at the service line and departmental level
  • Supports financial modeling and business case development for new services and growth initiatives
  • Partners directly with regional leadership to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
  • Leads components of the annual business planning cycle, including forecasting and performance tracking
  • Builds and maintains reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics frameworks from internal and external data sources
  • Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders in clear, executive-ready formats
  • Part of a five-hospital system — including a dedicated children's hospital — with roots in the El Paso community dating to 1902

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, planning, or analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
  • Working knowledge of health system operations and financial modeling
  • Experience building reporting frameworks and presenting to senior or executive leadership
