Practice Highlights
- Supports analytics and planning needs across two distinct regional markets: El Paso, TX and Northern California
- Analyzes weekly, monthly, and quarterly volume trends and market share across assigned markets
- Conducts ongoing profitability and performance analysis at the service line and departmental level
- Supports financial modeling and business case development for new services and growth initiatives
- Partners directly with regional leadership to deliver data-driven strategic recommendations
- Leads components of the annual business planning cycle, including forecasting and performance tracking
- Builds and maintains reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics frameworks from internal and external data sources
- Presents findings and recommendations to senior leaders in clear, executive-ready formats

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MHA strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare finance, planning, or analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Working knowledge of health system operations and financial modeling
- Experience building reporting frameworks and presenting to senior or executive leadership
