Practice Highlights

  • Specialized NICU unit delivering evidence-based neonatal nursing care in accordance with professional standards and the Florida State Nurse Practice Act

Qualifications

  • Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required prior to start
  • Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
  • Current PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certification required
  • Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required
  • Associate degree from an accredited nursing program required at minimum
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
  • Minimum one year of licensed nursing experience in a NICU setting preferred
  • Proof of full vaccination or approved religious/medical exemption required prior to start date, per applicable federal, state, and/or local law
