Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, Arizona is recruiting a full-time, night-shift Registered Nurse for its Level III NICU — a high-acuity neonatal unit within a 217-bed acute care hospital that has anchored the northwest Phoenix metro since 1988. This role places an experienced NICU RN at the bedside of critically ill neonates, functioning as a clinical leader within a true multidisciplinary team. The unit's acuity demands — conventional ventilation, high-frequency oscillatory ventilation (HFOV), central lines, and therapeutic hypothermia — make this an ideal position for a nurse ready to practice at the top of their license in a well-resourced community hospital setting.
