<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Minimum of 1 year of current hospital-based acute care RN experience in a NICU setting required</li> <li>Preferred: at least 1 year of Level III NICU experience with hands-on management of conventional ventilators, HFOV, central lines, and therapeutic hypothermia</li> <li>Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school required; BSN preferred</li> <li>Active RN license in the State of Arizona, or a valid compact nursing license, required</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) required upon completion of orientation</li> <li>ACLS required as applicable per facility and department standards</li> <li>Specialty nursing certification (e.g., RNC-NIC) is a plus</li> </ul>
