About the Community

Hartsdale sits in the heart of Westchester County — widely regarded as the premier northern gateway to New York City — where rolling Hudson Valley landscapes, nationally ranked school districts, and a sophisticated suburban lifestyle converge. The county of approximately one million residents offers direct access to three Metro-North rail lines and the Hutchinson River Parkway and New York State Thruway, placing Midtown Manhattan within a comfortable commute while preserving the pace and quality of life of a prestigious suburban community. Outdoor and cultural amenities are abundant: the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation, the historic Kykuit estate and Sleepy Hollow, waterfront concerts along the Hudson, farm-to-table dining, and a thriving performing arts scene all contribute to a lifestyle that is genuinely difficult to replicate elsewhere in the Northeast.
