AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Clinical Practice Supervisor for its Urology practice at 1 Health Park Drive in Hendersonville, North Carolina.
### What you'll do
- Coordinate daily operations of the urology practice site, serving as on-site liaison for patients, physicians, administration, government agencies, and third-party payers.
- Recruit, orient, counsel, and evaluate staff; conduct regular performance reviews including probationary-period evaluations.
- Ensure accurate, timely charge capture, billing, and collections while maintaining internal controls over accounts receivable and cash receipts.
- Maintain OSHA and infection control standards; ensure staff compliance with HIPAA policies and procedures.
- Lead quality and patient safety initiatives in collaboration with ancillary support services.
- Resolve patient complaints and leverage computer applications to improve care delivery efficiencies.
### What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a healthcare setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Supply Chain preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer requirements preferred.
- Experience with ICD-10 and CPT billing/coding preferred.
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) preferred.
