About this role

AdventHealth Castle Rock is hiring a full-time Clinic RN for its Urology practice in Castle Rock, Colorado. ### What you'll do - Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs through observation, interviews, and medical record review - Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, monitoring outcomes to nursing standards - Perform therapeutic and diagnostic interventions including IV placement, wound care, medication administration, catheterization, and specimen collection - Provide patient and family education using teach-back methodology and motivational interviewing to support self-management - Coordinate and implement group visits for high-risk patient populations and support care transitions including medication reconciliation - Delegate tasks to non-RN personnel in accordance with State Board of Nursing guidelines and facility policy ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required) - Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree preferred - At least 1 year of medical office experience (preferred) - Electronic Health Record experience (preferred) - Specialty nursing knowledge relevant to urology (preferred) ### What's included - Compensation range: $33.13–$53.00/hr (~$68,910–$110,240 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Castle Rock is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with facilities across the United States.
