Phoenix CyberKnife and Arizona Radiation Therapy Specialists (AZRTS) is recruiting a board-certified or board-eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a nationally and internationally recognized group practice in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a high-acuity, technology-forward outpatient radiation oncology practice that serves a regional, national, and international patient population — a rare platform for a clinician who wants to practice at the absolute frontier of radiotherapy and radiosurgery. The group operates within a physician-led Management Services Organization structure that preserves full clinical autonomy while providing national-scale operational, analytics, revenue cycle, and compliance support.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency
  • Board certification or board eligibility in Radiation Oncology (American Board of Radiology)
  • Eligible to obtain Arizona medical licensure
  • Demonstrated experience or strong interest in SRS, SBRT, CyberKnife, IMRT, HDR brachytherapy, Tomotherapy, and theranostics
  • Ability to develop and supervise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with in-house physicists and dosimetrists
  • Comfort functioning in a high-volume, multidisciplinary outpatient oncology environment
