About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time RN for its Radiation Oncology department at the Kissimmee MOB clinic in Kissimmee, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform and document all nursing procedures and assessments per department policy, including pain screening and complete admission assessments
- Evaluate patients for age-appropriate behavior, motor skills, physiological norms, and signs of abuse or neglect
- Administer treatments and medications, interpret and verify physician orders, and evaluate intervention effectiveness
- Provide patient education on a planned or spontaneous basis based on identified teaching needs
- Respond appropriately in clinical emergencies and investigate questionable clinical situations
- Follow CDC isolation guidelines, use PPE correctly, and enforce safety regulations
### What we're looking for
- Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred)
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
- BLS/CPR certification (required); ACLS certification (preferred)
- At least 1 year of acute care experience (preferred)
- At least 1 year of oncology experience (preferred)

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annually)
