A physician-owned gastroenterology practice in The Woodlands, Texas is recruiting a therapeutic-focused gastroenterologist to become the third partner in a two-physician clinic operating under the GI Alliance network. This is a true private practice opportunity — employed with a protected salary for the first two years, then a defined partnership track with ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership buy-in beginning in year three. The practice blends general GI with advanced therapeutic endoscopy, and the incoming physician will have local clinical autonomy backed by national-scale operational and business infrastructure.

  • Protected base salary with bonus potential during the first two years of employment
  • Year-three partnership track with ASC ownership buy-in potential, additional ancillary income streams, and a restricted stock grant
  • Signing bonus provided
  • Relocation allowance provided
  • Annual CME stipend included
  • No Texas state income tax — a meaningful take-home compensation advantage
  • Physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) model handles revenue cycle, analytics, compliance, and operational support — reducing administrative burden on clinical staff
