About this role

A full-time Registered Nurse role in the Main Endoscopy unit at AdventHealth Orlando, located at the Ginsburg Tower campus in Orlando, Florida. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors. - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and established standards of care. - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions. - Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care. - Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient information, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred). - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required). - EKG competency per unit requirements. - At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred). - Strong organizational, multitasking, and team-based communication skills. ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually). - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth Orlando is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating one of the largest hospital campuses in the southeastern United States.
