Bay Area Southeast Houston (BASEH) – Clear Lake is recruiting a general or advanced gastroenterologist to join a physician-owned, private-practice group in the south Houston metro. The practice operates within the GI Alliance network, giving physicians local clinical autonomy backed by national-scale administrative, technology, and revenue-cycle infrastructure. The structure is designed for long-term ownership: a protected salary with bonus potential for the first two years transitions directly into a partnership track in year three, including ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership buy-in, ancillary income streams, and a restricted stock grant.

Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited Gastroenterology fellowship; advanced endoscopy fellowship training welcomed (role is open to both general and advanced GI candidates)
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain licensure in Texas
  • Commitment to a private-practice, patient-first care model with interest in long-term ownership and partnership
