A well-established, physician-led gastroenterology private practice in downtown San Antonio, Texas is recruiting a general or advanced GI physician — experienced or fellowship-trained — to join a growing group backed by national-scale infrastructure. The position opens with a protected salary and bonus potential for the first two years, then transitions to a partnership track in year three that includes ambulatory surgery center (ASC) ownership buy-in, ancillary income streams, and a restricted stock grant. About the Community

San Antonio is one of Texas's most livable cities — a large, family-oriented metro with a mild year-round climate, a low cost of living relative to other major Texas markets, and a nationally recognized cultural identity anchored by the River Walk, the Alamo, and a robust festival calendar. Top-rated school districts, Sea World, the San Antonio Zoo, and extensive parks make it a strong choice for physicians relocating with families. Outdoor recreation is accessible year-round, including hiking, biking, and water sports on nearby lakes and rivers, and the city's strong sense of civic community extends naturally into local health initiatives and professional engagement.
