Qualifications

  • Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology (American Board of Internal Medicine – Gastroenterology)
  • Completion of an accredited Gastroenterology fellowship; advanced endoscopy training (ERCP and EUS) required
  • Demonstrated procedural proficiency in ERCP and endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) — both are mandatory for this role
  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Comfort with inpatient GI consultation and floor rounding in an acute care hospital setting
