About the Community

Largo sits between Clearwater and St. Petersburg on Florida's Gulf Coast, offering coastal living without the price tag of Miami or downtown Tampa — housing, groceries, and utilities all track below the national average, and Florida's lack of a state income tax stretches every dollar further. Clearwater Beach is 15 minutes away, the Intracoastal Waterway is accessible for kayaking and boating, and Largo Central Park spans more than 600 acres for outdoor recreation. Families benefit from the Pinellas County School District — one of Florida's largest — alongside strong charter and private school options and nearby institutions including St. Petersburg College and the University of South Florida.
