<p>We are recruiting a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for a clinical center in Florida. This is a full-scope medical assistant role combining front-office, clinical, and laboratory functions under physician supervision. You will manage patient flow, perform phlebotomy and EKGs, assist with minor procedures, maintain records, and ensure HIPAA and OSHA compliance in a fast-paced outpatient setting.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent</li> <li>Current, nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) or ability to obtain certification within 180 days of hire</li> <li>Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer (American Red Cross) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment</li> <li>Strong phlebotomy skills and ability to perform EKGs</li> <li>Proficiency with medical terminology, medical equipment, and computer systems</li> <li>Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and standard infection control precautions</li> <li>Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension)</li> <li>Preferred: At least one year of prior Medical Assistant experience and knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding</li> </ul>
