<p>This is a Personal Care Aide (Home Caregiver) role with a post-acute home care organization serving Indiantown, Florida and the surrounding areas. The position supports clients in remaining safely and comfortably in their own homes by assisting with daily living activities, household tasks, and health monitoring. PRN (as-needed) shifts are available, offering genuine scheduling flexibility for caregivers who need it. Hourly pay ranges from $14.00 to $20.00, with access to a full benefits package for eligible team members.</p>

<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Home-based care model — services delivered directly in clients' private residences across Indiantown and surrounding communities</li> <li>Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, and ambulation</li> <li>Provide medication reminders and accompany clients to medical appointments and errands</li> <li>Support household tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping</li> <li>Monitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents in accordance with care protocols</li> <li>Utilize Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system for visit documentation and compliance</li> <li>Operate medical equipment as required and maintain a safe home environment for each client</li> <li>Serve a diverse client population regardless of age, background, or physical condition</li> <li>Part of a nationally recognized post-acute care network affiliated with LHC Group and the Optum family of businesses</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with personal vehicle insurance and reliable transportation — or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-mandated training program, or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Current CPR certification preferred</li> <li>Minimum six months of home care experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across varied home environments and client populations</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
