<p>This is a Personal Care Aide (PCA) role providing in-home support to clients in Plant City, Florida and the surrounding areas. Working under the SunCrest OMNI home care model — part of a large national post-acute care network — caregivers assist individuals with activities of daily living so they can remain safely and comfortably in their own homes. PRN (as-needed) shifts are available with flexible scheduling to fit a range of availability. This is a strong entry point into home-based care for candidates who value direct, one-on-one patient relationships in a community setting.</p>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance and reliable personal transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-required training OR passing score on the AHCA competency test</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours across a variety of home environments</li> <li>Six or more months of prior home care experience preferred</li> <li>Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
