<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance and reliable personal transportation, or demonstrated access to public transit</li> <li>Ability to work effectively across diverse client populations regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition</li> <li>Florida state requirement: completion of 40-hour AHCA-mandated training or passing score on the AHCA competency examination</li> <li>Preferred: minimum 6 months of home care or related caregiving experience</li> <li>Preferred: current CPR certification</li> <li>Preferred: ability to work flexible hours to meet client scheduling needs</li> </ul>
