<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>Caseload consists of high-acuity young pediatric patients cared for in their private homes across the Apopka service area</li> <li>Direct nursing care delivered per physician-prescribed plan of care, in coordination with the broader healthcare team</li> <li>Clinical documentation completed in an electronic medical record system using the agency's electronic visit verification (EVV) program</li> <li>Active participation in care coordination: timely reporting of patient status changes, attendance at patient case conferences, and communication with patients, families, physicians, other clinicians, agency management, case coordinators, and community case managers</li> <li>Practice governed by Florida state nursing scope-of-practice laws and applicable infection control protocols</li> <li>Work performed under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or designated supervisor</li> <li>Flexible scheduling structured to meet individual patient and client needs</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Florida</li> <li>Current CPR certification</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle, or reliable access to public transportation</li> <li>Ability to function effectively across diverse home environments regardless of patient age, background, disability, or financial condition</li> <li>Home care or private duty nursing experience preferred</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and communicate clearly in written and verbal form</li> </ul>
