<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, active, and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of Florida (required)</li> <li>Current CPR certification (required)</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a reliable personal vehicle, or access to public transportation (required)</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet patient care needs</li> <li>Ability to function effectively across varied home environments regardless of patient age, background, or living conditions</li> <li>Home health or home care experience preferred</li> <li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills preferred; ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently preferred</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
