<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Florida</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle, or reliable access to public transportation</li> <li>Ability to provide care across diverse home environments regardless of patient age, background, or financial condition</li> <li>Prior home care or private duty nursing experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet identified patient needs; capacity to manage multiple tasks independently</li> <li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
