<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, active, and unrestricted LPN licensure in the state of Florida (required)</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a dependable personal vehicle or reliable public transportation (required)</li> <li>Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire (preferred)</li> <li>Prior home care experience preferred; candidates with strong community or outpatient nursing backgrounds are encouraged to apply</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently in an unstructured field environment</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; solid organizational habits</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours as patient and business needs require</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
