<h3>Practice Highlights</h3> <ul> <li>One-on-one private duty nursing care delivered in the patient's home — pediatric population, spanning acutely ill and chronically ill children</li> <li>Multiple shifts currently needed across Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, and surrounding areas — days, nights, weekdays, and weekends</li> <li>Clinical services provided within LPN scope of practice as defined by Florida state law, in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care</li> <li>Documentation completed in an electronic medical record (EMR) system with electronic visit verification (EVV) capability per regulatory and payer requirements</li> <li>Practice under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse and/or designated clinical supervisor</li> <li>Active participation in care coordination: timely reporting of patient status changes, attendance at patient case conferences, and communication with patients, families, physicians, other clinicians, agency management, case coordinators, and community case managers</li> <li>Infection control protocols followed in accordance with applicable regulatory standards across all home visit settings</li> <li>Geographic service area covers Kissimmee, Saint Cloud, and the broader surrounding region</li> </ul>

<h3>Qualifications</h3> <ul> <li>Current, active, and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Florida</li> <li>Current CPR certification required</li> <li>Valid driver's license with current vehicle insurance and access to a dependable vehicle, or reliable access to public transportation</li> <li>Ability to function effectively across diverse home environments regardless of patient age, background, disability status, or financial condition</li> <li>Prior home care or private duty nursing experience preferred</li> <li>Ability to work flexible hours to meet identified patient needs; capacity to manage multiple tasks independently</li> <li>Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills</li> <li>Must pass a pre-employment drug screening</li> </ul>
