Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist - El Paso, TX

StaffMed Health Partners is recruiting a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist to join a high-volume perinatal practice affiliated with the nation's largest healthcare system in El Paso, TX. ### What you'll do - Provide outpatient consultative care for pregnancies complicated by maternal and fetal conditions - Co-manage high-risk pregnancies involving diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, cardiac, and renal disease, autoimmune disorders, advanced maternal age, preterm labor, and fetal anomalies - Perform ultrasound examinations and offer genetic counseling - See inpatient consults across two affiliated hospitals - Maintain close coordination with delivering obstetricians as due dates approach - Participate in a 1:8 call schedule with approximately one week of call per month ### What we're looking for - MD or DO with fellowship training in Maternal Fetal Medicine - Board certified or board eligible in MFM - New graduates and experienced perinatologists equally considered - Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one - Strong communication and collaborative practice skills ### What's included - Competitive base salary with bonus structure - Health, life, vision, dental, and disability insurance - 401(k) with competitive employer match - CME allowance - Relocation assistance - Occurrence-based malpractice coverage including tail - Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule ### About the practice This busy perinatal group delivers subspecialty care with a consultative model, covering two hospital systems and a robust outpatient clinic in El Paso.
