About this role

AdventHealth Medical Group is hiring a full-time High Risk Pregnancy Sonographer for its Maternal Fetal Medicine practice at 2415 N. Orange Ave., Orlando, FL 32804. ### What you'll do - Perform perinatal ultrasound exams including fetal Doppler studies, 3D/4D image rendering, fetal echocardiography, and nuchal translucency screening. - Analyze fetal anatomy across all stages of gestation for anomalies and assessment of fetal well-being. - Assist with invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling. - Perform transvaginal ultrasound and urogynecology pelvic floor studies. - Acquire clinical history, document patient vitals (weight, blood pressure), and maintain accurate procedure records. - Float to satellite practices in Orlando, Celebration, Lake Mary, Lake Nona, and Altamonte with mileage reimbursement provided. ### What we're looking for - Active RDMS credential or RT(R) (ARRT) registration — required. - BLS/CPR certification — required. - 3+ years of sonographer experience with documented leadership track record — required. - Associate degree in Sonography or equivalent — required. - 3+ years in obstetric/perinatal or urogynecology sonography — preferred. - Nuchal Translucency NTQR certification — preferred for MFM Sonographers. ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hr (~$59,654–$110,968 annually). - $5,000 sign-on bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of fully paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Mileage reimbursement for float coverage across multiple practice sites. ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group's High Risk Pregnancy program partners with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to provide specialized diagnostic imaging and monitoring for complex obstetric cases across Central Florida. The team operates Monday–Thursday 7:15 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:15 am–12:00 pm, serving patients across six regional clinic locations.
