About this role

A full-time Sonographer specializing in high-risk pregnancy joins AdventHealth Medical Group's Maternal Fetal Medicine practice at their Melbourne, FL location (6609 N. Wickham Rd.). ### What you'll do - Perform perinatal ultrasound examinations including fetal Doppler studies, 3D/4D image rendering, fetal echocardiography, and nuchal translucency screening - Analyze fetal anatomy across all stages of gestation for anomalies and assessment of fetal well-being - Assist with invasive procedures such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling - Image maternal reproductive anatomy including transvaginal ultrasound and urogynecology pelvic floor studies - Acquire patient clinical history and provide accurate documentation; record vitals including weight and blood pressure - Float to AdventHealth offices in Orlando, Lake Nona, Lake Mary, and Celebration as needed ### What we're looking for - Associate degree in Sonography (required) - RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or RT(R) (ARRT) credential (required) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - 3+ years of sonographer experience with documented leadership experience (required) - 3+ years in obstetric/perinatal sonography, urogynecology sonography, or other specialized diagnostic studies (preferred) - Nuchal Translucency NTQR certification preferred for MFM sonographers ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hr ($59,654–$110,968 annualized) - $5,000 sign-on bonus - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off effective Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave ### About the practice AdventHealth Medical Group's High Risk Pregnancy program partners with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists to provide advanced obstetric ultrasound and diagnostic services across Central Florida. The Melbourne clinic operates Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:15 am–12:00 pm, with regional float coverage across the AdventHealth ambulatory network.
