Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Fellowship training in Pediatric Pulmonology with Sleep Medicine expertise
- Board certified or board eligible in Pediatric Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine
- Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain
