Polysomnography Tech Sign on Bonus

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) for its sleep program serving Hendersonville and Asheville, North Carolina. ### What you'll do - Perform polysomnography procedures on night shifts (7 PM–7 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week) across two locations: Hendersonville and Asheville - Adapt testing procedures and equipment to each patient and collect quality diagnostic sleep data - Conduct thorough patient assessments and take appropriate clinical action as needed - Document services accurately and follow correct billing procedures to meet reliability benchmarks - Modify patient education strategies to accommodate varying levels of vision, hearing, or cognitive status - Apply specialized care considerations for patients with complex medical conditions ### What we're looking for - Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential — required - Minimum 1 year of experience as a sleep technologist - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred - Ability to work nights across two clinic sites (Hendersonville and Asheville) ### What's included - Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 - Relocation assistance up to $3,000 - Pay range: $22.75–$42.31/hr (~$47,320–$87,925 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one; 4 weeks fully paid parental leave - 403(b) retirement plan - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating hospitals and outpatient facilities across multiple states.
