Registered Nurse (RN) L&D - Nights

AdventHealth Zephyrhills is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery unit in Zephyrhills, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive patient assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual dimensions for L&D patients - Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans based on patient needs and unit standards - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions - Collaborate as an active team member within the L&D unit across all shifts - Apply high-level clinical reasoning to evaluate interventions and adjust the plan of care based on patient outcomes ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - BLS/CPR certification (required) - 1+ year of experience in an acute care hospital setting (preferred) - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills - Preferred certifications include IBCLC, S.T.A.B.L.E., PEARS, or Neonatal Medicine Certification ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Zephyrhills is a faith-based community hospital located at 7050 Gall Blvd, Zephyrhills, FL 33541, operating as part of the AdventHealth system.
