About this role

AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for its home health division in Manchester, Kentucky. ### What you'll do - Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans to ensure effective treatment outcomes - Conduct holistic assessments accounting for each patient's age, physiological, and psychological status - Serve as the primary care coordinator across all disciplines for each assigned patient - Administer medications and solutions; document all phases of patient status accurately - Coordinate discharge planning needs in collaboration with the broader healthcare team - Mentor and lead staff to maintain optimal performance and competency in care delivery ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Current BLS/CPR certification - Valid driver's license - At least 1 year of acute care clinical experience preferred - At least 1 year of home health experience preferred ### What's included - Compensation range: $30.02–$49.55/hr (~$62,442–$103,064 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off from Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Pet benefits, mental health resources, and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Home Health and Hospice is a mission-driven organization rooted in whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit.
