AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Clinical Office Coordinator for its OBGYN practice at Tampa Palms in Tampa, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Perform front-office and clinical support duties including answering phones, managing patient schedules, and communicating lab and radiology results to providers and patients.
- Pull and prep next-day patient charts, ensuring all labs, scan results, and records are available at time of visit.
- Support patient work-up flow and triage responsibilities, maintaining efficiency across the clinical team.
- Document patient medications and messages accurately; maintain timely communication with patients regarding surgery, prescriptions, and testing.
- Assist physicians and APPs with office medical equipment and clinical procedures as needed.
- Precept new clinical staff through skill validation and participate in practice huddles and leadership development activities.
### What we're looking for
- Active LPN license or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential — one of these is required.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- 3+ years of experience in a medical office or clinical setting as an MA or LPN.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a technical or vocational program.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong multitasking, triage, and communication skills; ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

AdventHealth Medical Group OB/GYN Tampa Palms is an outpatient women's health practice located at 14710 Bruce B Downs Blvd, serving patients Monday through Friday in a fully in-person setting. The practice operates within AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system with a broad network of hospitals and clinics across the United States.
