About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time RN Navigator – Perinatal at its Ocala, Florida outpatient Perinatal Center, coordinating high-risk obstetric and maternal-fetal medicine patient care across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
### What you'll do
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily clinical and administrative operations of the Perinatal Center
- Coordinate high-risk patient care from outpatient referral through hospital admission, discharge, and follow-up
- Educate patients and families on care and treatment options to support informed, patient-led decisions
- Facilitate care conferences among physicians, staff, and patients/families; communicate regularly with referring providers
- Maintain a database of fetal care cases, complex maternal medical cases, and hospital transfers
- Provide psychosocial and emotional support to patients and families throughout the care continuum
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of experience in OB/GYN or Maternal Fetal Medicine (2+ years preferred)
- Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated knowledge of fetal conditions, obstetrical complications, and maternal medical conditions such as diabetes
