Outpatient Ortho Sports Physical Therapist

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Outpatient Orthopedic Sports Physical Therapist to float across its Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation clinic network in the greater Orlando, Florida area. ### What you'll do - Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations for orthopedic and sports medicine patients using evidence-based techniques and standards of practice. - Document patient care accurately, completely, and on time using measurable and objective terminology in accordance with insurance guidelines and department policy. - Float between five clinic locations across Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park, and Altamonte Springs on a Monday–Friday, 40-hour-per-week schedule. - Build referral relationships through direct outreach and marketing to physicians and physician practices. - Support community health awareness by participating in events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise. ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license or Temporary PT license (required). - Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred). - Experience treating orthopedic and sports medicine patients (preferred). - Current BLS/CPR certification (required). - Ability to work across multiple clinic sites within the Central Florida region. ### What's included - Starting pay from $35.00/hour; pay range up to $122,055 annually. - Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus. - Up to $3,000 relocation bonus. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective from day one. - Paid time off from day one; four weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth's Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation clinics serve patients across Central Florida with a coordinated network of outpatient locations spanning Orlando, Oviedo, Winter Park, and Altamonte Springs.
