About this role
AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Professional Sports Physical Therapist to support the United States Tennis Association's athlete health program at its Winter Park, Florida clinic.
### What you'll do
- Provide evidence-based injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation services to professional tennis athletes
- Coordinate with physicians, athletic trainers, strength coaches, and sports performance specialists to optimize athlete care
- Develop and implement individualized training and rehabilitation programs in collaboration with coaches
- Travel with athletes to national and potentially international events as required
- Create and monitor nutrition and recovery plans alongside nutritionists and medical staff
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in sports medicine and performance
### What we're looking for
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license required
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with high-level athletes required; 5+ years preferred
- Athletic Trainer Certified (ATC) credential preferred
- American Board of Physical Therapy Specialists (ABPTS) certification preferred
- Strong communication skills within a multidisciplinary sports medicine environment

- Salary range: $79,403–$147,697 per year

The AdventHealth Sports Medicine program partners with the United States Tennis Association to deliver integrated, high-performance medical care to professional athletes. This role is based at the Winter Park, Florida location and operates Monday through Saturday during daytime hours.
