Women's Health Sonographer - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

AdventHealth is hiring a full-time Women's Health Sonographer at its West Florida Ambulatory Services location in Tampa, FL, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. ### What you'll do - Perform perinatal and obstetric ultrasound including fetal Doppler studies, 3D/4D image rendering, fetal echocardiography, and nuchal translucency screening. - Conduct urogynecology ultrasound and urodynamic studies, including pelvic floor assessments and invasive procedures. - Assess sonographic images for technical quality, proper annotation, and complete anatomical demonstration. - Obtain patient clinical history, document weight, blood pressure, and other pertinent data for accurate procedure records. - Travel up to 50% within Tampa to support OB/GYN offices Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. - Collaborate with Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists, urogynecologists, and other specialty physicians to deliver clinically focused studies. ### What we're looking for - RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer) or RT(R) (ARRT) certification — required. - BLS/CPR certification — required. - 3+ years of experience in obstetric/perinatal sonography, urogynecology sonography, or other specialized diagnostic studies. - Associate degree or equivalent — required. - Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record systems and efficient documentation of procedural studies. - Bilingual in Spanish, Creole, or Arabic — preferred. ### What's included - Pay range: $28.68–$53.35/hour (~$59,654–$110,968 annualized). - $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates. - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one. - Paid time off from day one plus 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave. - 403(b) retirement plan. - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support. ### About the practice AdventHealth West Florida Ambulatory Services operates a network of outpatient clinics serving the greater Tampa area, including dedicated women's health and specialty practices.
