RN L&D | Nights | Full-Time

AdventHealth Fish Memorial is hiring a full-time night-shift RN for its Labor & Delivery unit in Orange City, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors for L&D patients - Develop, implement, and continuously revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care - Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, monitor for adverse reactions, and maintain infection control standards - Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, postpartum care, and newborn care to promote understanding and self-care - Collaborate with physicians, ancillary staff, and the broader care team to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively - Respond promptly to code and emergent situations, providing stabilizing interventions and thorough, timely documentation ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Current BLS/CPR certification required - Minimum 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred - NRP, S.T.A.B.L.E., or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) certification a plus - Strong organizational, multitasking, and team communication skills ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annually) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Fish Memorial is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating more than 50 hospital campuses across the United States.
