AdventHealth Gordon is hiring a full-time Practice Manager for its OB/GYN practice in Calhoun, Georgia.
### What you'll do
- Manage daily operations, patient flow, and overall performance of the OB/GYN practice to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate office and clinical staff, providing ongoing guidance and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement action plans targeting employee turnover, patient access, and financial outcomes.
- Oversee budgeting, financial analysis, and monthly financial statement review, summarizing trends and variances for leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations including OSHA and AHCA.
- Collaborate with regional medical directors to align practice operations and clinical team performance.
### What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree required (Associate's with 2+ years or high school diploma with 4+ years of relevant experience considered).
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a physician practice preferred.
- Familiarity with insurance billing, coding, and collections in a physician practice setting.
- BLS/CPR certification required; CMOM designation preferred.
- Proficiency in computer software including word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills with a track record of meeting key performance metrics.
