RN Women's Care Unit PRN Days

A PRN day-shift RN role on the Women's Care Unit at AdventHealth Tampa Women's Center, located in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Perform thorough patient assessments covering biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and discharge planning needs - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patients, and families - Administer medications, IV fluids, and treatments accurately per physician orders and nursing policy - Document patient care including drug allergies, lab data, diagnostic results, and patient education - Manage patient transitions and act as liaison to post-hospital care providers and community health resources - Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations per protocol; participate in peer reviews and practice group meetings ### What we're looking for - Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) - Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred - Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required - 2+ years of acute care nursing experience preferred; 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience preferred - ACLS and S.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferred ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour (~$65,582–$108,659 annualized) - PRN/per-diem scheduling with day shifts - Access to AdventHealth's faith-based, mission-driven work environment ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa Women's Center is a dedicated women's health facility located at 3100 E Fletcher Ave, Tampa, FL, part of the AdventHealth system — a large faith-based nonprofit health network.
