About this role
AdventHealth Littleton is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Mother Baby unit at its Littleton, Colorado campus.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for postpartum patients and newborns.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and evidence-based standards.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to support recovery and compliance.
- Collaborate with physicians, medical staff, and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care across the unit.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Colorado (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Mother Baby hospital experience required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and abstract-reasoning skills to assess patients and revise care plans based on outcomes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; English fluency required.
### What's included
- Pay range: $34.26–$59.24/hr (approximately $71,261–$123,219 annualized).
