RN Nurse Navigator

An RN Nurse Navigator at AdventHealth supports obstetrical patients across the care continuum at a medical office building in Tampa, Florida. ### What you'll do - Build relationships with patients and physicians to coordinate comprehensive OB care plans - Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical staff, managers, and directors to align resources for patient-centered obstetrical care - Serve as liaison between patients, families, primary care physicians, specialists, and the broader healthcare community - Manage resources to achieve efficient, high-quality outcomes for OB patients, including cross-facility coordination - Track program performance against facility goals and identify opportunities to apply evidence-based care guidelines ### What we're looking for - Active Florida RN license (required) - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required - Minimum 1 year of obstetrical nursing experience required - Experience in an acute care setting or as a nurse navigator preferred - Current BLS/CPR certification required - Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency required ### What's included - Pay range: $32.76–$57.47/hour (~$68,141–$119,538 annually) - $3,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from Day 1 - Paid time off from Day 1 - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Career development and whole-person well-being resources ### About the practice AdventHealth is a faith-based, mission-driven health system serving communities across the U.S. with a focus on whole-person care — body, mind, and spirit. The position follows a Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule with full in-person presence.
