AdventHealth Winter Garden is hiring a full-time day-shift Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery unit in Winter Garden, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, and spiritual factors for obstetric patients.
- Develop, implement, and regularly revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care across labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum settings.
### What we're looking for
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with the ability to apply abstract clinical reasoning.

- Pay range: $31.53–$52.24/hour ($65,582–$108,659 annualized).

AdventHealth Winter Garden is expanding its tower to include a dedicated obstetrics and gynecology floor featuring nine labor, delivery, and recovery beds, ten postpartum beds, two C-section operating rooms, and planned space for a Level II NICU.
