Certified Surgical Technologist Labor & Delivery Night Shift 7p to 7a with weekends

AdventHealth Celebration is hiring a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist for the Labor & Delivery unit, working nights (7p–7a) with rotating weekend shifts in Celebration, Florida. ### What you'll do - Anticipate surgeon needs and keep the circulating nurse informed throughout each procedure - Assemble all required supplies, equipment, and medications before each case - Monitor aseptic technique for the entire surgical team and take immediate corrective action for any breaks - Assist with safe and efficient OR turnover times, directing ancillary personnel as needed - Promote a safe environment and respond appropriately in emergency situations to protect patients, visitors, and staff - Support departmental quality and performance improvement initiatives ### What we're looking for - Active State CST, NBSTSA CST, or NTSC certification (required) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate degree or Technical/Vocational training preferred - Enrollment in or completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program - 1+ years of relevant experience preferred; 2+ years of technical field experience a plus - Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation, aseptic technique, and fundamental human anatomy ### What's included - Hourly pay range: $21.56–$40.09 (~$44,845–$83,387 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being support, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth Celebration is a full-service hospital located in Celebration, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
