About this role

AdventHealth Tampa is hiring a High-Risk Antepartum RN on a PRN day-shift basis at their Tampa, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to evaluate health status and identify care needs for high-risk antepartum patients. - Develop and implement individualized care plans based on assessment findings and medical diagnoses. - Administer medications and treatments accurately as prescribed, adhering to patient safety protocols. - Monitor patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans to achieve optimal maternal and fetal outcomes. - Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care strategies. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care. ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida (required). - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required). - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (required). - Skills applicable to critical care or high-acuity antepartum settings as defined by the unit. - Strong organization, interpersonal communication, and critical thinking abilities. - Proficiency in basic computer navigation within Windows-based programs. ### What's included - Hourly pay range of $31.53–$52.24 (approximately $65,582–$108,659 annualized at 2,080 hours). - Sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 for qualified candidates. - Additional relocation assistance of up to $5,000 for qualified candidates. ### About the practice AdventHealth Tampa is a full-service acute care hospital located at 3100 E.
