Information Associate Labor and Delivery Part Time Nights

An Information Associate in the Labor and Delivery unit at AdventHealth Shawnee Mission supports front-desk and administrative operations on night shifts at the Shawnee Mission, Kansas campus. ### What you'll do - Greet and assist visitors, patients, and families in person and by telephone - Relay calls, provide directions, and route inquiries to nursing and physician staff - Monitor and manage unit supply inventory, place orders, and verify receipt - Keep department equipment operational and report repair needs to appropriate departments - Operate office equipment including computers, fax machines, phone systems, and label printers - Support the Labor and Delivery team with additional duties as assigned ### What we're looking for - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) - At least 1 year of position-related administrative or healthcare support experience (preferred) - Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (preferred) - Clear and effective communication skills with patients, visitors, and clinical team members ### What's included - Pay range: $16.44–$26.31/hour (~$34,195–$54,725 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance from day one - Paid time off from day one - 403(b) retirement plan - 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave - Mental health resources and whole-person well-being support ### About the practice AdventHealth Shawnee Mission is a faith-based, full-service hospital located in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, part of the AdventHealth system. The Labor and Delivery unit operates around the clock, providing maternity and newborn care to families in the greater Kansas City area. This part-time night role covers two 12-hour shifts per week (24 hours total).
