About this role

AdventHealth South Orlando is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its High Risk OB Training Program at its Orlando, Florida campus. ### What you'll do - Assess and interpret diagnostic data — including lab results, non-invasive monitoring data, and interdisciplinary team notes — relative to patient age and condition - Make clinical decisions and implement nursing interventions based on diagnoses tied to patients' actual or potential health conditions - Develop and execute individualized plans of care with measurable short- and long-range goals - Prioritize and complete follow-up assessments, evaluating and modifying care plans as the patient's status changes - Perform comprehensive assessments spanning physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including screening for abuse or neglect ### What we're looking for - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida - Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred) - Current BLS/CPR certification - EKG competency appropriate to the patient population - Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively within a high-acuity unit team ### What's included - Pay range: $31.53 – $52.24/hr (~$65,582 – $108,659 annualized) - Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance effective Day One - Paid time off beginning Day One - 403(b) retirement plan - Four weeks of fully paid parental leave - Mental health resources, whole-person well-being programs, and pet benefits ### About the practice AdventHealth South Orlando is part of AdventHealth, a faith-based, not-for-profit health system operating across multiple states with a mission rooted in whole-person care.
