PRN OB CST Nights

AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is hiring a PRN OB Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) for night shifts at its Wesley Chapel, Florida hospital. ### What you'll do - Scrub OB surgical cases, anticipating surgeon needs and passing instruments accurately throughout each procedure - Assemble all required supplies, equipment, and medications prior to each procedure - Monitor aseptic technique for the entire surgical team and take immediate corrective action for any breaks in sterile field - Assist with safe and efficient OR turnover, directing ancillary personnel during room changeovers - Supervise and support orientation and training of new surgical team members - Identify and report environmental or safety concerns to management, ensuring adherence to infection control and regulatory standards ### What we're looking for - Active State of Florida CST certification, NBSTSA CST credential, or NTSC Technician in Surgery — Certified designation (required) - Minimum 2 years of surgical technologist experience (required) - Current BLS/CPR certification (required) - High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate degree or Technical/Vocational training preferred - Solid knowledge of sterile/aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and fundamental human anatomy - Ability to work a flexible PRN night schedule and adapt to changing OR demands ### What's included - Pay range: $21.56–$40.09/hour (approximately $44,845–$83,387 annualized at 2,080 hours) - PRN/as-needed scheduling with night shift availability - AdventHealth team member support resources ### About the practice AdventHealth Wesley Chapel is a full-service community hospital located in Wesley Chapel, Florida, part of the AdventHealth system — one of the largest faith-based health networks in the United States.
