AdventHealth Winter Park is hiring a full-time night-shift Registered Nurse for its Labor & Delivery unit in Winter Park, Florida.
### What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments covering physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors for L&D patients.
- Develop, implement, and revise individualized care plans aligned with patient needs and standards of care.
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and hospital protocols, monitoring for adverse reactions.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies.
- Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care across the care team.
### What we're looking for
- Active Florida RN license (required).
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Current BLS/CPR certification (required).
- 1+ year of acute care experience in a labor & delivery hospital setting (preferred).
- NRP, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or Neonatal Med Certification (preferred).
- CCNS or RDMS-OB/GYN specialty certification (preferred).

- Hourly pay range: $31.53–$52.24 (approx. $65,582–$108,659 annualized).
